The surge of national attention has and scrutiny led to a growing call to abolish, or defund, the police. What do advocates of this position envision as the alternative? Is this even possible? What does true safety and wholeness for a community look like? How might a commitment to the way of Christ inform the way we nurture true safety and wholeness?
