In order to be a caring congregation, we need Congregational Care Ministers (CCM’s) willing to meet the many needs of our members. Through the trials of life, it is important to know there is a place to connect within the church to fi nd a friendly voice. Ministry opportunities are available in the following areas;

• Homebound, Assisted Living & Nursing Home Visits,

• Monthly visits to specifi c people and locations

• Grief Support Team

• Reach out to those with a loss, meet as a group to support each other

• Hospital Visit Team

• A rotating team making hospital visits one-day every two weeks

• Phone Call Ministry Team

• Monthly calls to those isolated or in need of a church connection

You will not serve alone; our hope is to have teams in every area ready and willing to support our congregation when needed.
