A broad overview of electricity generation in Nebraska, particularly LES, including renewable sources, the regional Southwest Power Pool, and balancing cost, reliability, and sustainability, followed by a very brief review of recent legislative efforts to restrict public utilities’ responsiveness to their customer owners.
