Dr. Meghan Davidson will break down the components of self-compassion and offer activities that will help you develop a more positive relationship with yourself.
M. Meghan Davidson, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified Yoga Teacher. She has served on the faculty at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln for the last 13 years, researching trauma. Meghan has trained with Brené Brown and has developed expertise in both trauma-informed and grief yoga. She is the owner of Love Warrior Healing where she offers counseling, psychotherapy, coaching, as well as workshops and events.
