Led by Dr. Jonathan Redding, Assistant Professor of Religion Nebraska Wesleyan Univ. This class will examine and discuss how the Bible didn’t just fall out of the sky. Rather, it is the product of human choices and human decisions across many centuries. We will look at the historical evidence around where the Bible as we know it comes from to understand that this thing we call “The Bible” is what readers make it.
