Grief Support Groups

Grief Support Group

2nd Friday monthly, 3:00pm, Calvert Parlor. Open to all! For more information, contact Pastor KJ Langlais, kj@firstplymouth.org

Grief Support Sessions

3rd Tuesday of the month, 6:00-7:30pm, Tower room.

A monthly educational support group offered for those experiencing the death of a loved one. Each month a different topic will be presented to help us acknowledge our grief and move through the mourning process. After the topic has been presented an organic conversation will happen as people who are moved will share their story and experiences while receiving support from group members & the facilitator, Lisa Borchardt, LCSW. Each group will last 1.5 hours, during the first 30 minutes of every group we will review basic grief concepts. Since these are stand alone groups, individuals may choose to come to one or all of the groups to feel in community and gain support as needed. Free, but registration requested. Register with addie@firstplymouth.org.

Grief and the Holidays

*Fall 2025 TBA. 6:00-7:30pm, Tower room
